Payment & Financing

Insured Patients

Your payment depends on the type of insurance.  In general, depending on the type of coverage, you will be personally responsible for co-payments and deductibles. Please contact your insurance company to determine the type of coverage you have.  

Non-Insured Patients

For those without insurance, we have a sample list of Service Fees that will help you decide how you want to spend your hard earned money. Please contact our office for a full list of services or a free consultation.

Methods of Payment

We accept most forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards and PayPal.  Personal checks are accepted from registered patients.

Make an online payment through PayPal from the comfort of your home or while on the go.  Click on the PayPal logo to get started. Make sure to enter your first and last name with date of birth so that payments can be correctly applied.  We thank you in advance for your payment. 

Payment Plan

We have a structured payment plan that allows you to spread your payments out overtime instead of a lump sum payment at the time of service. Interest charges are also removed eliminating another cost barrier so you and your doctor can confidently move forward with timely care.
